Motion
Control System
in the M-4 was first designed using a DOS operating system and a
486dx processor CPU. Super tiny hard drives and bulky laser Disc
players and a 12 inch Laser Disc.
A large number
of M-4's and SX-2
unit still have the same system.
However, Laser Disc players went out of production in 2001 and there
have been no Laser Disc's produced since late 1998.
Arrive the
"Genesis" motion control system.
In Early 2005
the Genesis was completed and soon after went into one of the Army
Recruiting SX-2 units touring the entire USA helping to generate
recruit contacts.
Very stable and easy to operate the first ride was professionally
mastered by LightSpeed just for this purpose.
Since then, Simworx LLC has received numerous requests for the system
and will be installing the system in the Second Army Unit that Earthbound
Partners recently finished fabricating a Super-Plush operational
trailer with major improvements to ease the workload on the Army
Recruiting Staff.
Several Genesis
systems will be installed in 2006 and 2008 of course they are available
as an upgrade to ANY M-4 or SX-2 unit, no matter how old or where
it is located.
Since the State
of the Art control system is so very versatile, and can be fitted
with most new video editing software, it can become an all-in-one
command center with digital camcorder being the only thing needed
to make rides easily.
Of course rides can easily also be made from Mpeg video's transferred
by way of the CD-ROM drive.
Truly almost
limitless.
