I have designed over 14 different magnet motors and seen countless others. This design is based on sound principles and based on the size of the finished product may produce approx 400 foot pounds at the output shaft under light load and 250 under heavier load.
One of the basic problems in other designs is cogging. When the magnets are set up such that at some point they have too much pull to a resting position of full stop.
My design has a forced rotation away from cogging effect and tends to steady state operation.
Do not think for even 1 second that it is some kind of perpetual motion system because it is not. It requires force from the magnets and interaction of other metals. It will require a starting force as well.
Even rare earth magnets will eventually lose their magnetism and originally required a huge electric force to become magnets.
I have also overcome another problem area of eddy currents where other designs used magnets working against other magnets and could build large eddy currents which could stop the rotation or drag it down so no torque was produced.
One largely overlooked problem is the draining or magnetic flux balancing when magnets interact with other magnets. Magnets of higher power interacting with magnets of lower power will tend to overtime balance to have close to the same power. Any design that uses different power magnets interacting will surely fail.
My design uses a different system so the actual magnets used for the torque will stay at full power for as long as possible. They would be easy to replace with new magnets at some point if needed..
This design is more on the risk side and would only be suited to the owner that can see the vision for such a design. More work may be needed to get the most from this system but the principles are very workable.
As you can see in the photos, this is a modular system and easy to just add additional modules.
I designed the modules for easy connections with spline input side and output side. Just slide the modules together and connect to the output shaft spline.
Tests would need to be done to determine the output HP and output with several modules connected together.
The size of the design is approx 24” diameter but that can be scaled up or down.
The width is approx 6” with modules connected on approx a 6” to 8” center to center.
The photos will not show the inner working for good reason. If I were to show the design, engineers would see how I overcame the fundamental problems in other designs and just produce my design.


I am sure the new owner will have the best working magnetic motor design and it may become the standard.
As is with all my designs I plan for the most efficient assembly and production. This design will allow very easy assembly so production of large module numbers should be very cost effective.
This design is priced at $37,000 and for just $5000 more I will complete the prototype so the new owner can show it for business funding.
These modules could be produced from $300 to $950 each and retail priced approx $1500 to $2500 each.
Different size modules would allow for many many applications.
This design would offer the new owner the opportunity to produce millions and build a very huge business. Just produce 1000 units and sell for the low $1500 each and it is over $1,500,000 of revenue.
I have not public disclosed the details of this design so the new owner would be able to patent as needed and would own the patents.
